In December of 2002, Big Brothers and Big Sisters amalgamated to form Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kitchener-Waterloo & Area. Both agencies have been in the community for over 30 years each, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of mentoring children and youth.
By combining resources, we are in a stronger position to serve the needs of children and youth in our community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kitchener-Waterloo & Area is a registered charity and a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada. Our national and provincial organizations came together to form Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada in 2001.
