This school-based program focuses on supporting and promoting healthy, active, balanced lifestyles in girls aged 12 - 14. 

This program requires volunteers to spend approximately 2 hours each week for a minimum of 8 weeks mentoring a group of girls.  Volunteers receive thorough training and materials prior to the start of the program.
